As a UI/UX Trainer at Good Circle, you'll be responsible for mentoring and guiding students or professionals in the areas of user interface and user experience design. You’ll work collaboratively with our training, tech, and design teams to deliver engaging sessions and help learners build strong portfolios.
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual who has both theoretical knowledge and hands-on industry experience in design.
This role is ideal for someone who loves to teach, keeps up with modern design trends, and can simplify complex tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for learners of all levels.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training sessions on UI/UX Design principles and tools
- Create course materials, projects, and evaluations
- Guide learners in building their design portfolios
- Review student work and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with current design trends and tools
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others
Nice to have
- Prior experience in training or edtech
