As a Graphic Designer Trainer at Good Circle, you will empower aspiring designers by teaching the principles of modern design, branding, digital media, and visual storytelling. You’ll guide learners through software mastery, creative processes, and portfolio development using industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
We’re looking for a passionate and creative individual who can break down complex design concepts into engaging, hands-on learning experiences. You'll be shaping the next generation of visual communicators and design thinkers.

Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom or online training sessions on graphic design
- Teach Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Create lesson plans, assignments, and project briefs
- Review student portfolios and provide feedback
- Help students understand branding, typography, and layout principles
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio of personal or client-based design work
- Passion for teaching and mentoring creative minds
Nice to have
- Previous training or teaching experience

Familiarity with design for social media platforms and content marketing campaigns
- Motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX or digital design principles
